"Found my holiday easily"
The site was easy to use and I didn’t have any trouble finding a holiday that worked for me. Booking was straightforward too, no fuss or confusion... just nice when things go smoothly, really

"Glad I booked with them"
I was really happy with Sunweb, to be honest. I know some people don’t care about update emails, but I like knowing what’s going on after I’ve paid for a trip, and they were good with that. Emails arrived when they said they would, and I got updates about flights and the booking details without having to chase anyone. It just made the whole thing feel easy and less stressful. I’d use them again

The holiday was basically what we expected, and the photos and details matched the hotel really well. That said, while it was nice to arrive and not feel misled, I still had a few mixed feelings overall. Nothing major was wrong, but it didn’t quite wow us either.

"Booking was fine, if you enjoy a mini treasure hunt"
Booked a holiday through sunweb.co.uk and overall it went okay. Comparing prices was fairly easy, and the checkout actually worked without throwing a tantrum, which feels like a small miracle these days.
I’m giving it 3 stars because some useful details, like baggage and transfers, seemed to be tucked away for dramatic effect. I had to click around more than I’d have liked, but the confirmation email arrived quickly, so not a disaster. Not bad, just could definitely be clearer.

"Decent stay, but the rooms need attention"
The hotel was clean enough and the staff were fine, but the room felt worn out. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the overall space looked like it hadn’t been updated in a while. For what guests are paying, the hotel really should take more responsibility for keeping the rooms in better shape

"Good value holiday for the price"
I booked through sunweb.co.uk because it was cheaper than a few other sites I’d looked at, and the whole process was straightforward. Everything that was included was clear from the start, and there were no surprise charges popping up at the end, which is always a relief.
The hotel was decent, the flights were fine, and for what we paid, I can’t complain. Any small issues were minor and probably avoidable, but nothing that spoiled the trip. Overall it felt like good value, and I’d be happy to use them again

"Everything Felt Easy and Well Organised"
I booked with Sunweb and, the whole thing had a really reassuring feel to it from the start. The flight details were clear, nothing felt confusing, and everything matched up when we got to the airport. When we landed, the transfer was already waiting and the driver spotted us without any hassle. Coming home was just as smooth, with the pickup right on time. The calm, organised way it all played out made the trip feel simple and stress-free. I’d definitely use them again.

"A bit disappointing at first, but sorted quickly"
I had an issue with my booking, which was disappointing to deal with at first. Thankfully, Sunweb got it sorted quite quickly. The staff were helpful and kept me updated, so it ended up being less stressful than I expected.
